As a** Human Resources Intern** you can As **Human Resources Intern **you will be at the core of the day to day HR operation of our 6 hotels in the Netherlands, allowing you to acquire a full scope of what it takes to be a true HR professional. As an inspiring** Human Resources Intern**, you know how to create and maintain connections at every level to ensure a positive and productive environment at every level within the organization.

**We are looking for a Human Resources Intern**:

- Who is the right hand side of our HR Officers with day to day operational HR Support to team members and leaders on an ad hoc basis;
- Who ensures the most welcoming onboarding experience for new starters;
- Who is able to assist in the co-ordination and execution of recruitment events, including career fairs, open days etc.
- Who supports and takes up projects about, for example, legislation, absenteeism or engagement;
- Who is the right hand side of our HR Officers with administrative responsibilities such as reports, data, charts and presentations;
- Who has a good command of the English and Dutch language and excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement & Care
- Who is available for an internship with a minimum length of 10 months
