**Job Title : Lead AI Architect - Telco Autonomous Operations**

**Job Summary**: The Lead AI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize Telco network operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **AI Strategy Development**: Define and execute the AI strategy for autonomous network operations, aligning with business goals and objectives to take the Telco to Level 4+ Automations operations maturity levels
- **Solution Design**: Architect scalable AI solutions for network optimization, Anomaly detection, closed loop automation, self-healing, predictive maintenance, and customer experience enhancement.
- **Technical Leadership**: Lead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and network specialists to develop and deploy AI models and algorithms.
- **Data Management**: Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure high-quality data inputs for AI models.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Data, Business stakeholders, network operations, and customer service, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and telecom technologies, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- **Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.**
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, data science, big data technologies, and programming languages (Python, R, SQL). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and telecom network protocols.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong project management, team leadership, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
- **Business Acumen**: Understanding of the telecom industry, market trends, and business strategies.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: €60.000,00 - €65.000,00 per year
**Experience**:
- AI/ML: 9 years (preferred)
