**Pure Boats is looking for an Operations Coordinator**

Pure Boats Amsterdam is the specialist in luxury, tailor-made cruises through the iconic canals of our capital. With a young, energetic, and ambitious team, we go all out every day to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. For the upcoming season, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our close-knit team

As an Operations Coordinator, you are the cornerstone of our office team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will manage bookings, handle guest communications, and serve as the main point of contact during their luxury cruise. This role combines hospitality, planning, and organization. No two days are the same
- Your tasks include:_
Welcoming guests and providing them with a personal, unforgettable experience.
Supporting daily office activities and taking care of light catering.
Coordinating cruises and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Overseeing the supply of drinks and snacks on board.
- A typical day:_
You’ll start your day in our charming canal-side office with a cup of coffee, reviewing the schedule with the team. Next, you’ll manage the inbox, respond to bookings and calls, and check that the drink and snack supplies are complete. Later in the day, you’ll welcome our guests and ensure every cruise goes off without a hitch—from the moment guests step on board to their departure.

Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Strong organizational skills and always able to set the right priorities.
Calm and solution-oriented, even when it’s busy.
Flexibly available: you can work evenings and weekends.
Detail-oriented with a good sense of presentation for drinks and snacks.
