**Job description**
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
To enhance the customer experience by consistent, front of house, high profile store presence;
you are an accessible manager, field & solutions oriented, with efficient communication skills.

You are attentive to trends with a strong fashion culture and take pleasure to work in a fastpaced environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will oversee meeting sales goals by assisting the Store Manager in

organizing, planning, implementing strategy and coordinating retail store operations; as well as

sharing THE KOOPLES’ vision and image through a high-quality service aimed at our

clientele.

You will report to a Store Manager and be expected to act in the following domains:
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES MANAGEMENT
- Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance by contributing on team-effort.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service for customer retention and database growth.
- Perfectly know the product offer, their features, and benefits in order to propose a relevant selection of items adapted to each customer.
- As a digital ambassador, use the tools provided to offer a seamless & personalized shopping experience (clienteling) to your customers and increase the Digital Impact performances of your store.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.

**Additional information**
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Assist the store manager with recruiting.
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Evaluate employee performance and suggest corrective action-plans to your Store Manager.
- Coach and support the team by following on-boarding, creating fun and interactive trainings on selling technics, collection, and procedures.
- Train your team members to be best-in-class in the use & execution of digital tools (e-learning platform, tablets,)
- Embody & share the values of THE KOOPLES to your team.

ADMINISTRATION & STORE ACTIVITIES
- Assist the manager with store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees & following up on work results.
- Support the manager to perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.
- Conduct audits & maintain outstanding store condition, as well as visual merchandising standards by following the recommendations.
- Report discrepancies and problems to your manager.
- Monitor stock & inventory, perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis to meet your target of stock loss/shrinkage given by your Management.
- Organize exceptional inventories and end of season stock returns.
- Ensure high level of housekeeping standards both in front and back of house spaces.
- Supervise all areas of the business during the Store Manager absence
