Marketplace Coordinator

The Job

The Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both the visual and commercial display of our products in the market. They actively drive our business on-site by analyzing KPIs, implementing merchandising standards and being a reliable partner for our customers.

Your Mission
- Be a competent contact person for our customers on-site and a close cooperation with the sales team;
- Carrying out area checks and optimization in terms of location and product presentation;
- Shopfloor optimization regarding location and product presentation, etc.;
- Visual merchandising and execution of pre-defined assortment plans;
- Ensuring constant replenishment, planning and analyzing key figures and initiating appropriate measures;
- Implementation of centrally controlled marketing campaigns;
- Monitoring key profit indicators and initiate appropriate action steps;
- Planning and forecasting of decorative materials;
- Training of sales staff on shopfloor;
- Other occurring relevant activities and/or projects.
- The MPC is traveling for 4 days/week and 1 day working from home

Your Talent
- Commercial experience developed in Sport/Fashion goods or FMCG industry with a minimum of 3 years in a comparable position
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English
- Communicative, Structured, Connector

- 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;
- Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year or choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
