Ecommerce Site Operations Intern

**JOB MISSION**:
We are looking for a motivated and eager Ecommerce Operations Intern to join our EMEA Direct to Consumer organization, based in Amsterdam. Reporting to the Ecommerce Operations Lead, you will support the day-to-day management and optimization of our EMEA websites. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, website management, user experience optimization, and campaign execution.

The Ecommerce Operations team is responsible for maintaining the stability and quality of our eCommerce platforms and delivering top-notch site experiences. As an intern, you will assist in merchandising, content updates, product catalog management, SEO tasks, and more. You will also be involved in ongoing projects that enhance our site's performance, user experience, and drive marketing campaigns.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- ** Assist with the execution of EMEA operations and on-site campaigns**, including tasks such as:

- Supporting site merchandising and product catalog management
- Assisting with category maintenance and onsite search & sort optimizations
- Helping with SEO tasks and promotions/campaigns management
- Supporting product launch preparations and campaign execution
- ** Ensure ongoing site stability** by assisting with product and visual merchandising updates, ensuring product listings and campaign displays are accurate.
- ** Contribute to improving the user experience** by supporting optimization efforts for a seamless customer journey.
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams** on various projects, such as campaign launches, SEO reviews, category performance optimizations, and A/B testing.
- ** Work alongside the Ecommerce Trade team** on localization tasks, assisting with translations and catalog adjustments for different regions.
- ** Collaborate with Customer Service and CRM teams** to ensure alignment on upcoming campaigns, customer communications, and feedback.
- ** Report on project progress and assist with improving campaign performance** by identifying areas for optimization.
- ** Support ad-hoc Ecommerce Operations projects** such as sales promotions, category-based initiatives, or region-specific tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- Interest in Ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Some experience or coursework in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar fields is a plus (e.g., through school projects or part-time work).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or interest in learning about them.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence, or willingness to learn.
- Onsite SEO experience or willingness to learn SEO best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Applicants must be based in the Netherlands and be available for a minimum of 6 months.
