**YOU GOT IT**

As an Assistant Buyer, you are responsible for the LOAVIES product range and various supporting activities in the purchasing department, such as placing orders, following up on samples and delivery agreements, maintaining the administration, checking prices and maintaining close contact with producers and suppliers. You are committed to an on-trend product offering and work closely with our designer, merchandise/planner and senior buyers, with whom you determine the development and production of our product range. You keep a close eye on trends in the market and help think about new items, prints and colors. You can expect a great variety in tasks and a unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a fast growing company.

**Your responsibilities?**
- You maintain contacts with suppliers regarding purchase orders and check lab dips, strike offs and bulk fabric in consultation with the Buyer and indicate this on the orders;
- Process fit comments of your styles and prepare these as feedback for our suppliers;
- Prepare and finalize purchase orders, take care of the accompanying samples (samples in the right color and size) and prepare those for daily fit sessions;
- Keeping the administration up to date regarding changed purchase prices and delivery times and notify the Buyer about this.

- You have an high sense of responsibility, you are excellent in timekeeping and able to work with tight deadlines;
- Ability to work hard under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment;
- Full-time availability (38 hours);
- Pre: you have a completed education in the field of fashion or Commercial (AMFI, TMO, Saxion Hogeschool).
