**Your new work environment**

As Manager Sourcing Operations & Compliance, you will be joining our Not for Resale (NfR) Sourcing department. This European team facilitates the business operations of all our Ahold Delhaize brands by sourcing the indirect goods and services they need. With more than 90 highly skilled professionals, including over 50 strategic sourcing managers, we enable collaboration across six countries and deliver best-in-class sourcing solutions.

Within this context you will be responsible to optimize the collaboration between sourcing managers and the SSC. For existing processes and for implementing future (compliance) processes

You will be given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work and broaden your horizons by working together with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries who have an abundance of expertise in many areas.

**Key responsibilities of your role**

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

- **
Ensure Service Quality & Operational Performance**
You will oversee procurement support services such as sourcing support, contract services and analytics, ensuring delivery according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- ** SSC Oversight & Process Optimization**
You will oversee the SSC operations, ensure efficient functioning, identify inefficiencies, and integrate new or transferred tasks in a scalable, future-proof way.
- ** Stakeholder Management and Collaboration**
You will build strong relationships with sourcing managers, legal, IT security and other stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving escalations.
- ** Data & Reporting Excellence**
You will own and further develop procurement dashboards and reports (e.g. spend analytics, sourcing cockpit) ensuring data quality and actionable insights.
- ** Compliance & Market Awareness**
You will align SSC activities with procurement policies, internal controls and new legislation (e.g. EUDR, PPWR), embedding compliance in scalable processes.

**Requirements**:
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or operational procurement management
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g. Zycus, Coupa, SAP Ariba) and data/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Proven track record in managing procurement operations or d services
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
