**The O**pportunity**

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Delivery Manager to join our team in the Netherlands region, Utrecht. As a Business Delivery Manager within Worldline, you will take on the responsibility of handling key stakeholders and relationships for your accounts where it comes to the delivery of change and projects.

You will be a primary contact for our clients with the goal of expanding the scope of business and maintain a good relation.

You will report to one of the team leads and work closely with the client delivery team, including the Operational delivery manager and Key Account manager. Together as a team you will operate as a client triangle to ensure a complete delivery towards the client in each aspect.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively in group settings
- Focus on understanding and meeting customer wants and needs
- Seek out new market opportunities
- Eager to build our and expand our current client portfolio
- Ability to connect IT into business needs

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Interested in Financial, fintech and the world of payments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Dutch
- The ability to build and maintain a network
- The ability to identify and define client problems and improve client satisfaction consistently
- Support the team on pre-sales and market research
