Lawyer in Netherlands

**Constellation Netherlands B.V.** is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support our company with key corporate governance, legal compliance, and tax-related functions for our international operations. **Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Prepare minutes for the Board of Directors, Shareholders’ Meetings, and other corporate acts for the Group’s international companies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate law, maintaining good standing and regular compliance for all group companies.
- Provide support to the Tax Department to ensure tax compliance for international entities.
- Assist the Country Manager in the Netherlands on legal and administrative local matters and operations.
- Draft and review intra-group contracts and other documents to uphold the Group’s tax planning and treasury strategies.
- Coordinate with the International Accounting and Treasury Departments for accurate registration of intra-group transactions.
- Organize and manage KYC, Integrity Due Diligence, and similar requests from clients, financial institutions, and other third parties.
- Liaise with and oversee contracted international law firms, ensuring high-quality service for corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with budget control for external legal advisors and participate in annual budget planning.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Degree in Law (EXCLUSIVE), with a focus on Corporate Law and Contracts.
- Current license to practice law (or eligibility for one).
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Law and regulatory compliance, particularly within the Dutch and Brazilian corporate environments.
- 1 or more years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to international operations and regulatory affairs.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese both verbal and written (EXCLUSIVE); proficiency in Dutch or/and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
- Team Player, with excellent communication skills at various levels.
- A proactive approach to supporting internal clients and delivering results.
