**About the function**:
As a logistics employee at Syngenta, you are responsible for the end point of our production process: the distribution of products. You ensure that produced stocks are correctly prepared and prepared according to customer orders, both via our automated Order Pick System and manually. Quality, accuracy and deadlines are essential, as is compliance with Syngenta's safety rules. You play an important role in preparing products for shipment and organizing storage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Placing products on pallets in the correct order
- Preparing products for shipment
- Complying with and enforcing safety rules
- Ensure an efficient and safe distribution environment

**Working hours**:
Working days from Thursday to Monday from 08:00 AM to 04:00/04:30 PM.Full-time position.

- Command of the Dutch or English language
- Good understanding of written instructions
- Flexibility (no 9-to-5 mentality)

- Recognizing numbers and logic
- Memorizing materials and associated locations
