**About the job**

Equalture wouldn’t be able to do their amazing things without somebody taking care of our back office. The Administrator is part of the backbone of our company. You cover a wide variety of topics and projects. You’ll be the go-to-person for our finances and admin. The position requires you to have an overview of our financial processes and understand them from a-z. At the same time, you’ll be responsible for processing info on our new hires and making sure all their details are collected. Lastly, you’re responsible for the office experience. You'll be working closely with our Finance and People team and be reporting to our CFO.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

- Issuing sales invoices and booking purchase invoices;
- Managing the accounts receivable process;
- Preparing and processing payments;
- Ensuring reimbursements and salaries are paid out;
- Supporting our finance team in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings;
- Meeting with our finance team to ensure they have the right data;
- Keeping track of our inventory (assets and office supplies) and HR system;
- Sending out employment agreements;
- Ensuring the office is a welcoming place to work.

**About you**

You like to take care of things - whether it’s our people or our finances. We’re really looking for someone who balances our fast-paced dynamic. You are a solid foundation to build on, which means that you know how to maintain your calm in stressful situations. You’ve seen it all, you’re not that easily spooked. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail and who likes to work with numbers. Working with numbers requires precision, but at the same time you’re able to deal with the fast-paced dynamic that comes with a growing company. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to our chaos. You like to be busy and are a real go-getter who likes to think in solutions.

Some things on our wish list:

- You have knowledge about bookkeeping (either through previous experience or through a course);
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
