Als onderdeel van je dagelijkse taken zorg je voor het bestellen en bereiden van voedzame maaltijden, waaronder ontbijt, lunch en diner. Je neemt het voortouw in het organiseren en deelnemen aan diverse activiteiten, variërend van ontspannende wandelingen tot spannende uitjes zoals bowlen, een bezoek aan het Groninger museum of een rondvaart door de Groningse grachten.
Wij streven ernaar om elke dag een unieke belevenis te maken voor onze deelnemers. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het creëren van deze ervaring, door ervoor te zorgen dat aan alle behoeften van de deelnemers wordt voldaan en dat het hen aan niets ontbreekt.
Werkzaamheden:
- Maaltijdbereiding en -service: De functie omvat het bereiden en serveren van ontbijt en lunch, en het zorgen voor de levering van diners door een cateraar. De persoon is ook verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat de maaltijden worden geconsumeerd zoals voorgeschreven.
- Schoonmaken: De functie vereist het schoonhouden van eetruimtes, keukens en woonkamers van de deelnemers.
- Naleving van richtlijnen: De persoon moet zorgen voor naleving van richtlijnen voor gezondheid, veiligheid, netheid en huishouding binnen hun verantwoordelijkheidsgebied.
- Recreatie
- en vrijetijdsactiviteiten: De functie omvat het aanbieden van recreatie
- en vrijetijdsactiviteiten, zoals rondvaarten, bowlen, enz. voor de deelnemers. Ook het bijhouden van het PlayStation/bordspel assortiment valt hieronder.
- Voorraadbeheer: De functie omvat het bestellen en aanvullen van voorraden en maaltijden volgens richtlijnen.
- Aanvullende taken: De functie omvat het uitvoeren van aanvullende taken, zoals het assisteren bij niet-medische taken van de verpleegkundigen.
Vereisten:
- Relevante werkervaring: Ervaring in functies zoals host/hostess, horeca, klantenservice, of schoonmaak is een pluspunt.
- Flexibiliteit: De kandidaat moet flexibel inzetbaar zijn, inclusief werken tijdens avonden en weekenden.
- Proactieve houding: De kandidaat moet in staat zijn om zelfstandig te werken, maar moet zich ook onderdeel voelen van een team en bijdragen aan een goede teamsfeer.
- Gastvrijheid en representativiteit: De kandidaat moet gastvrij zijn en een representatieve en positieve uitstraling hebben.
- Taalvaardigheid: De kandidaat moet een goede beheersing hebben van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Nauwkeurigheid en stressbestendigheid: De kandidaat moet nauwkeurig kunnen werken en goed kunnen presteren onder tijdsdruk.
