We are looking for an enthusiastic **Manufacturing Supervisor in De Meern**. In this position, you will manage a production team to deliver the products as per the set KPIs for the shift demonstrating drive for results, leadership and problem solving skills and efficient collaboration with other Operations streams.

**Your responsibilities** as Manufacturing Supervisor at Videojet, include:

- Executing the daily planning of the team and the allocation of tasks
- Achieving safety, production and quality objectives, continuous improvement, order and cleanliness of the production area
- Motivating and coaching team members by providing feedback, recognizing results, conducting appraisal reviews and establishing development plans
- Provide regular and clear coordination with other departments
- Leading daily team sessions and monthly team meetings to review the objectives, performance and challenges with the countermeasures
- Opening or closing of the site (depending on the timing of the shift)

We are looking for **Manufacturing Supervisor** with the following profile:

- Team player - able to motivate a team and keep all members engaged
- Results-oriented, encourages all members of the team to achieve goals
- Independent and hands-on. Able to independently create schedules and monitor progress.
- Problem solver that involves others as needed
- Good communication skills; able to give and receive feedback
- Available for two shifts (morning: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm/ afternoon-evening: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

Your **experience/skills** include:

- A completed education at MBO 4 level with a technical background or demonstrable work experience
- Work experience in the Production environment for 2 years or more, and as a people leader for at least 1 year
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Experience with MS Office
- You have or are willing to obtain the following certificates: Forklift, VCA and First Aid (BHV)
