**About the role**:
As a Sustainability Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our organization's environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. You will play a critical role in embedding sustainability into our supply chain, warehouse operations, and logistics engineering initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead efforts to optimize processes, reduce our carbon footprint, and implement innovative solutions that align with our dedication to environmental impact.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:

- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives across supply chain, warehouse operations, and logistics engineering functions.
- Collaborate with the logistics engineering team to evaluate and integrate new automation technologies that enhance energy efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze and monitor sustainability metrics, ensuring progress toward goals like carbon reduction and waste minimization.
- Educate stakeholders and foster a culture of environmental responsibility across the organization.
- Investigate emerging sustainability trends and assess their feasibility within the Business context to drive innovation and improvement.

**Qualifications** About you**:

- You hold a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- You are passionate about sustainability and have a proven track record in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- You have initial experience integrating sustainability with operational needs to drive practical and impactful solutions.
- You are highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled at identifying impactful opportunities for improvement.
- You are an effective communicator, capable of articulating complex sustainability concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
