We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join a leading international pharmaceutical company in Amsterdam. In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

As the QA Manager, you lead and coordinate the operations team, ensuring the quality of all operational activities at the site. You serve as the central point of contact for quality issues and solutions, working closely with other operational managers to ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of the QA team, consisting of 10-15 members.
- Monitor the quality of operational activities and report findings in internal meetings.
- Ensure timely review and processing of batches according to the schedule.
- Critically assess investigations, interpret results, and draw conclusions regarding the impact on products and facilities.
- You report directly to the Head of QA and act as their deputy when needed.

**Profile**:

- HBO or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, medical biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology).
- Minimum of 7 years of QA experience in a GMP environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role
- Professional fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is strongly preferred.
- Must have an unrestricted EU work permit.

**Benefits**:

- Contract: Direct contract with our client.
- Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of permanent employment.
- Salary: €6,000 - €8,000 gross monthly.
