**Housekeeping Supervisor**
We are not just looking for anyone for this position You take the lead and take the initiative when it comes to everything related to housekeeping. You will also train, coach and operationally support your colleagues in their work. Checking rooms, making shift layouts and placing orders are of course also part of this. This is a real hands-on job where you will spend a lot of time on the floor with the Housekeepers.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Helping with room cleaning;
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager;
- Perform quality checks on rooms and public areas;
- Training, managing and motivating the housekeeping team;
- Placing orders and stock management
- Working on procedure improvements;
**Who are you?**
You are someone who is eager to take on this special challenge. You are a natural leader and have everything in order. In addition, you don't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting started in the rooms. With your persuasiveness and clear communication, the day runs smoothly.

In addition to the above, we also have a few other requirements that we are looking for:

- You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
- You are available full-time (38 hours per week) from Monday to Sunday, as well as weekends and public holidays;
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within a (Apart)hotel;
- You speak English fluently. Dutch is an advantage;
- You are a born leader and can hold your own in a hectic environment.

**What do we offer?**
