As a Financial administrator intern at LOAVIES, you will have the opportunity to support the finance team (including our CFO and Financial Controller) with recording, reporting, complying and providing the organization with insightful information. Let your talents shine brightly As an intern at our Finance department, you’ll be supporting & maintaining the accounts payable, accounts receivables, financial records, transaction recording, reporting and more. You’ll focus on data accuracy, timely processing of invoices, reconciliations and business support.

**What are you going to do?**
- Preparing and processing financial documentations such as invoices, receipts, and credit notes;
- Supporting the purchase orders matching in the ERP;
- Updating and maintaining the financial records, source files and filing systems;
- Tracking and monitoring financial transactions;
- Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy;
- Supporting reconciliations and audit procedures;
- Support preparing VAT and other statutory submissions.
