**Job Summary**:

- We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leading assembly, testing, material/quality control, kitting, packing/unpacking.
- Responsible for effective production management overall production operations including: material logistics, production planning, manpower controls.
- To ensure and maintain highly efficient production process and quality standard to perform daily duties and demand.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train and coach new workers to perform their work.
- Maintain and develop the production objective for OEM customers and other production line duties.

**Qualifications**:

- High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred
- Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge
- Possess basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
- Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
- Flexible and results-driven approach to working hours
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Solid understanding of computer system assembly is plus
- Lean management knowledge is plus
