**About this role**:
Are you a seasoned customer analytics expert, a natural thought leader with a passion for uncovering hidden opportunities, and a compelling communicator who thrives on influencing stakeholders?
As Principal Customer Intelligence Analyst, you won't just be analyzing data - you'll be transforming it into actionable insights that drive significant business impact. You will conduct analyses to find ways to increase our customer frequency, for example by starting new initiatives based on customer behaviour, by building business cases for new propositions, by improving next best action marketing orchestration or by improving our statistical models. Collaboration is a central part of this role as you will work together with colleagues from different departments to implement your insights and opportunities.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Proactively provide actionable insights for strategic business choices by using engagement, customer, transactional combined with external data
- Translate data into clear, compelling narratives and present your findings to influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels
- Champion the use of customer data-driven decision making throughout the organization
- Mentor and develop other analysts, sharing your knowledge and fostering a high-performing team
- Refine our existing statistical models and proactively explore cutting-edge analytical methodologies, AI tools and technologies
- Facilitate the automation of proposition evaluation using rigorous statistical best practices
- Drive impactful cross-functional projects spanning analytics, marketing and other departments

**What will you bring to the table?**:

- 7+ years experience in customer analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights.
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, data mining and advanced analytical techniques.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to connect analytical insights to business objectives.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant analytical tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau/Looker).
- A Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast-paced environment
- A self-initiative mindset and enthusiasm for working in an international & multicultural environment
