**Home based role covering**: South Netherlands
At Coty we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative with a strong passion in driving Sales and overall visibility of Consumer beauty business day in day out.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Sales Representative you are responsible for optimising Coty Consumer Brands in-store presence (distribution, stock, visibility), contributing to the overall objectives and being the representative of Coty.
**Your main focus**:
Manage designated customers in designated geographic area.
Achieve established objectives (order value, no. of visits per day, launches, promotions, visibility).
Maintain/improve customer satisfaction
Report results such as ordering and data regarding distribution of our brands.
Report relevant market and customer findings such as launches and promotions of our competitors, merchandising techniques, pricing, resale of our products etc..

The team consists of Senior Sales Representative and you will work closely together with several departments such as Merchandising and Marketing.
All your colleagues are results orientated, possess strong analytical skills and have excellent interpersonal skills.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Sales Representative you have a motivation for Sales, enjoying working to goals/targets and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:
3+ years working experience in field sales.
Strong Business/Commercial Acumen
Strong Office (xls, ppt. etc) - Presentation skills
Excellent Analytical skills Fluency in Dutch - Written and Oral and intermediate English
