Guided by our **ARC (Always Relevant Content)** approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

**The Role**
As a **Live Shopping Operator**, you’ll be the driving force behind daily live shopping streams for top brands, primarily on TikTok Shop in the UK, with opportunities to expand to platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and beyond. This role requires a hands-on approach: from setting up and operating live streams to training hosts, developing playbooks, and scaling infrastructure across multiple studios and brands.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in uncharted territory, embraces rapid experimentation, and can build systems to scale efficiency and performance.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Operate Live Streams**: Manage the end-to-end technical setup and execution of daily live shopping streams, ensuring seamless operations across platforms.
- **Host Training**: Train and coach live hosts to deliver high-energy, audience-engaging streams that drive sales.
- **Develop Playbooks**: Create scalable frameworks and best practices for live shopping operations to support multiple brands and studios.
- **Optimize for Performance**: Continuously test and refine strategies to maximize engagement, sales, and efficiency.
- **Scale Systems**: Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvements to handle high-volume, daily operations.
- **Innovate**: Stay ahead of live shopping trends, experimenting with new platforms, formats, and tools to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

**Who You Are**
- **Experienced Operator**: You have hands-on experience with live streaming, preferably in a shopping context. You understand how to set up and manage multiple live streams simultaneously.
- **Problem Solver**: You see problems as opportunities and proactively find solutions without being asked. You’re resourceful, autonomous, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- **Innovator**: You’re excited about testing new ideas and pushing the boundaries of an industry in its infancy.
