It has a restaurant, a stunning rooftop Sky Bar with an amazing view over IJmeer lake and a large terrace overlooking the IJburg harbour.

As banqueting and breakfast chef, your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression every time. Your eye for detail, understanding of processes and strong leadership will ensure everything runs smoothly both in front and behind the scenes.

**Job Summary**:
**Chef de Partie - À la Carte**

We are lokkng for a skilled and motivated **Chef de Partie** to join our à la carte team, delivering exceptional dishes, creativity, and consistency. Working closely with our Head Chef and senior kitchen brigade, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring every plate meets the highest culinary standards and reflects the quality and style of our restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**

**À la Carte Service**
- Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, maintaining consistency in flavour, presentation, and portioning.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine seasonal à la carte menus, showcasing creativity and fresh, local ingredients.
- Ensure smooth service in your section during busy periods, maintaining speed without compromising quality.

**Section Management**
- Oversee mise en place for your station, ensuring readiness for both lunch and dinner service.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and maintain kitchen standards.
- Maintain accurate portion control and assist in monitoring food costs.

**Kitchen Operations**
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and rotation to minimise waste and maximise freshness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality à la carte or fine dining environment.
- Strong cooking skills with a passion for flavour, presentation, and innovation
- Good communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Culinary degree or formal chef training.
- Knowledge of seasonal produce and modern cooking techniques.

Pay: €2.500,00 - €2.700,00 per month
