**Customer Sales Officer SmartReels (tijdelijk)**

Sales Office SmartReels Europe & Overseas opereert namens de Papier Divisie en is ingebed in Smurfit Kappa Paper Services. Sales Office is verantwoordelijk voor alle verkoopactiviteiten met betrekking tot de verkoop van zijrollen, substandaardpapier en exportorders geproduceerd in de Europese containerboardfabrieken.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Sales Officer die onze inside sales team komt versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele Order to Cash proces, waarbij alle gebieden van aanbod, vraag en transport betrokken zijn. Je blijft georganiseerd en gefocust in een veranderde omgeving waar je geduld op de proef wordt gesteld. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de Account Manager en Sales Director.

**Wat ga jij doen?**
- Het afhandelen van alle binnenkomende vragen en bestellingen van de klanten;
- Het beheren van het volledige order-to-cash proces in SAP;
- Klachten over kwaliteit en service oplossen;
- Ondersteuning bieden bij aanmaningsactiviteiten;
- Klantenservice ondersteuning bieden;
- Het ontwikkelen en behouden van relaties met interne/externe stakeholders.

**Wat is vereist?**
- Afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van Commerciele Economie, Business Administratie etc.
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een customer service rol, bij voorkeur B2B;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal in woord en geschrift. Frans is een pré;
- Kennis en ervaring in SAP;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden met een sterke persoonlijkheid en is een echte teamspeler;
- In staat om prioriteiten te stellen en accuraat te werken.

**Wat krijg je?**
- Salaris tussen €2.800 - €3.300 bruto per maand (obv fulltime) afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring;
- Een contract voor 32-40 uur per week;
- 25 vakantiedagen en 11,5 arbeidstijdverkorting dagen (gebaseerd op een 40-urige werkweek);
- Een personeelskantine op loopafstand;
- Mogelijkheid om je collectief te verzekeren;
- Reiskostenvergoeding;
- Fitness school vergoeding;
- Fietsplan vergoeding.
