After that, your supervisor will assign you various tasks for the day. You’ll start your shift as a **Lobby Host**, giving every guest a warm welcome upon arrival. You ask what you can do for the guest to provide that little extra touch. Of course, you’ll tailor your approach to the guest’s needs by listening, anticipating, and offering tips to create that WOW experience. If a guest unexpectedly has a complaint? No problem, you resolve it, possibly together with a colleague or supervisor. Your flexibility allows you to work this shift in the **evening or at night** as well. **Corendon has entered into a partnership with the global hotel chain Marriott.**: This means that while we maintain our unique Corendon identity, we are now part of the Marriott portfolio. When you join us, you will receive full training according to **Marriott standards**. This also includes getting familiar with the **Opera system**.
