**The Opportunity**:
As a Social Media Intern in the Organic Social department at Body&Fit, you will be at the forefront of the company's online presence. The Organic Social team is responsible for developing, applying, and adjusting social media strategies whilst creating relationships with the influencers and audiences. Your role within this department will focus on community management and content creation for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. This content is aimed to contribute to the brand’s growth whilst communicating our brand message in fun and entertaining ways.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Content creation: Create daily stories that encourage interaction with audience.
- Community management: Interact with our followers and create long-lasting relationships with new followers.
- Brainstorm new content: Come up with ideas for even better content that will contribute to the desired brand’s growth.
- Participate in content days: Create content for all platforms on content days.
- Social listening: Catch trends and new tools to create content on stay on top of the game.
- Participate in influencer events: Support the team during influencer event with some great ideas.
- **About you**:Communication/ or marketing background: A background in communications/or marketing is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure the social media platform’s visual appeal and accuracy.
- Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with various teams.
- Team Player: Be eager to work collaboratively with diverse team members and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
