Sales Assistant

**Job Purpose**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Sales team by maintaining strong relationships with coffeeshop clients. You will be on the road visiting coffeeshops, promoting our brand, supporting sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned coffeeshops weekly to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Present product offerings and new launches in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
- Collect orders, feedback, and market insights from clients.
- Support promotions, merchandising, and in-store visibility efforts.
- Resolve client questions and issues quickly and professionally.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to track sales targets and report on client visits.
- Represent Leli’s brand values**:Safety, Responsibility, and Confidence**.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in the cannabis industry and coffeeshop culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Valid Dutch driver’s license (B).
- Fluency in Dutch (mandatory); English is a plus.
- Previous sales or field marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
