As **Junior Business Controller** at **Eurofiber**, you’ll play a key role in steering investments in our network and IT systems, monitoring project delivery, and ensuring cost control for sold projects. Your insights will drive segment-wide analyses and projects that support Eurofiber’s strategic objectives across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

**What will you do?**

In this role, you report to the **Group Business Controller Operations** and work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries. Your responsibilities include:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop multi-year business plans, budgets, and investment plans for operational units based on historical data, expense projections, and performance trends.
- **Financial Analysis**: Contribute to analyses on topics of strategic importance for EF Operations.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze variances from budget, identify trends, and forecast annual costs and investments.
- **Reporting**: Prepare monthly performance review reports on OPEX, Cost of Sales, and investments.
- **Forecasting**: Support the Group Business Controller Operations with performance reports and forecasts.
- **Project Control**: Monitor costs and investments for key projects.

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Business or Financial Controller.
- Analytical mindset: you love digging into data and improving insights.
- Proactive and hands-on: you grab hold of challenges and don’t let go until they’re solved.
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint (Thinkcell is a plus).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of the telecom sector? That’s a big plus.
