The Partner & Network Manager is responsible for:

- Analyze partner cost developments and benchmark with market rates to ensure optimal levels without compromising quality
- Ensure operational quality, incl. root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Monitor partner & customer-perceived performance and exchange with BUs
- Review partner invoices, identify incorrect charges, and ensure proper cost management
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization across the “purchase to pay” chain
- Support strategic network development, contract management, and compliance
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create innovative solutions
- Maintain and develop strong partner relationships
- Provide functional guidance to junior colleagues, interns, and trainees

- Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
- Background in logistics / freight forwarding; ideally with procurement, quality management, or operations exposure
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intercultural competence and ability to influence in a matrix setup
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Data-driven mindset and comfortable with business travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and preferably also German)
