Document Controller

**About the job**

The Document Controller ensures that the project documentation is in order, delivered on time to the customer and is linguistically correct.

You ensure that Destinus is presented in a professional manner.

**Your main result areas are**:

- Manage standard project documentation (template documents that return to every project)
- Collect project data according to a pre-made document plan per project.
- Being able to take over complete document control from PM, including internal and external forwarding of documents.
- Distribution of project documents.
- Convert engineering data into documents according to a standard layout or, if necessary, to a customer-specific layout
- Creating project-specific operations manuals and maintenance manuals in collaboration with the Project Engineer
- Plan review cycles and flag review time exceedance/planning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor (HBO) work and thinking level or equivalent.
- of experience in a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, especially in writing.
- You are result oriented, accurate, have strong planning and organizations skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Available for 24 hours a week (3 days).
- Able to work independently.
