**ABOUT THE JOB**:
We are looking for someone proactive in maintaining HR & finance administration for multiple entities. The HR & Finance teams are situated in various geographic locations, including Prague, Wroclaw, Eindhoven, Amsterdam & Warsaw. After a thorough onboarding, you will be supporting local HR Business Partners and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes: managing employee benefits programs, creation of HR-related documents, employee record maintenance, managing HR mailbox, and other HR administrative tasks as assigned. You also play a key role in supporting the finance team: handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, purchase invoices, sales invoices, and all other basic financial tasks.

- We can only consider applicants who currently reside in Poland and hold a valid work permit (to clarify, _**_we do not sponsor visas_**_)._
- If you've previously handled HR & Finance administration tasks, it's definitely in your favour. Any background involving administrative roles, customer service, or internships in finance would provide valuable support.
- We're on the fast track to growth, which means there are times when you'll need to take ownership and create processes where they don't yet exist. Your proactive attitude is crucial.
- Things can change quickly here. If you're good at changing your plans when needed and accepting all kinds of hands-on work, that's a great skill.
- We're seeking individuals excited about broadening their understanding of HR and finance. You'll assist with employee benefits programs, financial analysis and contribute to creating HR and finance documents like offer letters, contracts, expense policies, and internal communications. Your interest in finance is inevitable and this vacancy is a great opportunity to gain skills in both HR and finance.
- We need individuals who can maintain precision while swiftly adapting to changes. Ensuring payroll accuracy and meeting deadlines is vital.
- Teamwork is key. We're looking for people who can collaborate seamlessly with HR and finance teams, ensuring everything gets done efficiently and accurately.
- Especially in the fields of HR and finance, adherence to guidelines and compliance is crucial. If you're skilled at following rules and correctly executing tasks, it's a significant advantage.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have completed your higher education (a bachelor's degree) and have some experience with handling HR administrations.
- It would be nice to have experience with Salesforce and Certinia (before FinancialForce)
- Any internships or part-time jobs related to administration, customer service, finance, or HR would be beneficial.
- You are accurate and are used to working with deadlines.
- You can adapt to quick changes and have a hands-on mentality.
- You know your way using Excel.
- You are people-focused and take accountability and ownership of tasks.
- You are fluent in English & Polish (or German is nice to have)
