**Available position**

**1 x Sales Assistant** with a flexible contract (**20h-24h/week - 0-hour contract**)

**Job conditions**
- **Contract**: 1-year temporary contract with a 2-month trial period, with a real possibility of becoming permanent
- **Immediate availability**:

- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts is required

**Your day-to-day as a Sales Assistant**
- Assisting and advising customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handling the register and keeping the store tidy and organized
- Managing exchanges and returns smoothly
- Restocking products and maintaining an attractive visual display
- Supporting the team with good energy and a willingness to learn
- Representing the **Meller** brand authentically in every interaction

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in **retail or customer service** (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Languages**:Fluent English (mandatory)**; **Dutch and/or Spanish** are a plus
- Experience working with **sales targets and KPIs** (a plus)
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different shifts
- Attention to detail and a passion for order and presentation
- A **proactive, problem-solving, and customer-focused** attitude
