- Are you ready to make an impact on a global scale? Van Oord is looking for an experienced and proactive Global Mobility Manager to join our Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth and strategic relocation of our international workforce, helping to support our global operations while aligning with our mission of creating a better world for future generations. Join us and play a role in navigating the complexities of international mobility within a dynamic, maritime-focused organization.
- As Global Mobility Manager at Van Oord, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of global mobility within the organization. You will navigate the complex landscape of international tax, social security and immigration legislation and ensure compliance with national and international payroll obligations.
As Global Mobility Manager you will collaborate with several different stakeholders throughout the company. You work closely with HR, Finance, Tax and Payroll but also directly with our operational business to ensure alignment of our policies with the business needs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to be successful in this role. You are considered the expert on all Global Mobility matters and you need to bring the Global Mobility services to the operations as well.
