Accounting Manager
**As our Accounting Manager**

You will be responsible for the execution and review of various accounting activities and balance sheet items. Also, you will be leading a team of two accountants.

**You will**:

- Managing accounting operations for multiple legal entities across different countries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Supervising audits and collaborating with external auditors for a seamless audit process.
- Leading and mentoring your team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Driving process improvements in SAP S/4HANA, optimizing its use for accounting and controlling functions.
- Monitoring the Global Financial Operations team's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and working with the team leader to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with Dutch and international accounting regulations, as well as internal accounting policies.
- Engaging in cross-functional finance and interdepartmental projects to optimize financial operations.

**You have**:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Business Economics.
- You have at least 5+ years of experience as a (financial) controller or financial accountant.
- You are analytically strong and focused on results
- Leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel, and experience and/or affinity with SAP ECC/S4Hana
- Fluency in Dutch and English
