Role Overview

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating internal and external supply chains, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead and develop our technical support, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing departments.

Aufgaben

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational SCM policies
- Lead, coach, and facilitate the Supply Chain team to achieve short-term and mid-long-range objectives
- Managing the short
- and long-term production plan, including administrative and physical preparation
- KPI Development and Management: Develop, provide, and improve KPIs aligned with functional performance management, ensuring continuous improvement
- Coordinate with stakeholders including sales, technology, quality, finance, and production to ensure an optimal supply of goods
- Continuously improve chain integration and stimulate improvement projects with customers, outsourcing partners, and suppliers
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes

Qualifikation

Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain role within a production company
- Experienced in leading (multi-disciplinary) teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with 6 sigma or similar tools
- Process-oriented and result-driven, challenges the status-quo
