**Growth Marketing Intern - CRM**

**For our growth team we’re looking for a strong intern who is going to take care of the operations in CRM marketing within growth marketing team.**

You report and analyse CRM campaigns and aim to achieve qualitative retention KPIs within our growth plan targets. You’ll work closely together with our CRM Marketer, CRM Manager, the rest of the marketing team and the Content & Design team.

**Your main tasks**:

- Contribute the ideation of different marketing campaigns by collaborating with the creative team.
- Set up and analyse A/B tests to optimise messaging, design and timing.
- Help build and improve customer journeys and automated flows within our CRM tools.
- Understand Parfumado users and identify improvement areas to communicate with them.

**This is what we would like to see in your profile as a CRM Marketing Intern**:

- You are currently studying (or have recently finished) at HBO or university level, in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- Knowledge & interest in CRM - growth marketing
- You are analytical and able to make decisions based on data
- You make contact easily, you are creative and you are commercially oriented
- Full-native proficiency in Dutch is a must and good command of the english language
- You are available 4 or 5 days a week for at least 5 months (longer is also possible)
- You are based in Amsterdam or surroundings
