**Who are we?**

Established in 2019, RIF Europe B.V. is a logistics company based in Rozenburg at the Schiphol Logistics Park in the Netherlands. We offer a total solution for all our clients who ship goods into Europe. We are a young and still growing, international company. We have a pleasant and safe working environment where our multicultural teams provide excellent service to our valued customers.

**As a Customer Service Administrator these are your key tasks and responsibilities**
- Booking in of stock for order processing
- Comprehensive transport planning & adapting to frequent changes on daily basis
- High level of detailed admin with outbound orders and billing data to support client needs
- Liaison with single-client customer account on a regular basis
- Production of standardized transportation paperwork including delivery notes to meet customer specifications
- Finishing & closing sales orders in client specific system
- Liaison with suppliers and external stakeholders

**Who are you?**
- Minimum of 3-5 years in customer facing role
- Experience working with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Good organizational skills, diligence, and attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and ability to work independently
- Good command of English - both verbally and written

Our work schedule is Monday - Friday (Working Fulltime is 36 hours a week), from 08:00 till 17:00.

You should be in possession of own transportation (no public transport is available).
