We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Marketing Manager to shape our online marketing landscape and drive forward-thinking digital strategies that enhance our brand’s position in the market and shape the future of our digital initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in revolutionizing our digital landscape and helping us stay ahead. Where together with your team of Online Marketing professionals, you are responsible for.

Your team directly interacts with various business teams and (online) marketers around the globe. Together with the business teams you define the online marketing strategies. This should translate into performance focused online marketing plans to support local marketing specialists with resources and knowledge for local execution. Together with your team you ensure that local marketers have sufficient knowledge and resources to execute the digital roadmap in their countries. In total, you have a team of approximately 5 people.

Your expertise comes from online marketing, and you are responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience. You take responsibility in identifying new digital trends, emerging technologies, and digital opportunities that align with our company objectives.

Your team deals with various stakeholders such as our central IT teams and the different business teams. In this role you report to the Head of Marketing within Lely International.

Key responsibilities:

- Be the leader in the digital domain, staying up to date on digital trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
- Acting as a point of contact for external online parties
- Manages the Online Marketing team and oversees the budget
- Lead and mentor a team of online marketing specialists, based on a culture of creativity and accountability
- Project management of medium - large Marketing projects

**Qualifications**
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented people manager with a passion for online marketing and outstanding stakeholder management skills who wants to contribute to a sustainable, profitable and enjoyable future in farming. Further:

- Proven experience as an Online Marketing Manager or similar role in a digital marketing environment, having a minimum of 5 years' experience with managing, coaching & developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing and its channels such as SEM, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, social media platforms and sufficient understanding of the digital experience architecture.
- Experience with successfully overseeing projects in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- You are currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.
