**Role and Department**

Canon EMEA is looking for an **Order Management Coordinator** to join our Order Management team for a temporary period of **6 months.** In this role, you will be responsible for management of all incoming orders & requests and for providing order management support to small-to-medium business customers across Europe. This position is well suited for someone who is looking to advance their career in Order Management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage relationships.

As an **Order Management Coordinator**, you will be responsible for:

- Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements (SLA);
- Support multi-location customers with multiple services at each location;
- Interfacing with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately;
- Communicating business requirements with all stakeholders effectively;
- Highlight and develop on areas for potential improvement. Deliver insights and challenge all aspects of Customer Fulfillment to identify and capture efficiency and process improvement opportunities.
