We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. This position requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in outreach strategies, and is passionate about driving growth through lead generation and prospect engagement.

**Description**

Core Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align them with business solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and pipeline status.
- Provide detailed prospect insights to support business development strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach tactics.
- Consistently achieve set targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.

**Profile**
- You have 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related role.
- You are not scared of pick up the phone and initiate cold calls.
- You are resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable handling objections.
- You are ambitious, eager to learn and grow
- If you speak Dutch and you have strong communication skills also in English
- If you are not based in The Netherlands
- If you need sponsorship
- If you don't have direct experience in Sales within the corporate environment

**Job Offer**
