**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing & Management**:

- Receive, review, and accurately enter international customer orders into the ERP system.
- Monitor the progress of orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Communicate any order changes, delays, or updates to customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain all required shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export control, customs documentation, and specific country requirements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- **Logistics & Shipping Coordination**:

- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to arrange and track shipments, providing customers with updates on estimated delivery times.
- Address any shipping issues, such as delays or lost shipments, and work to resolve them promptly with the relevant parties.
- Documentation and Certification:

- Issue Certificates of Origin (COO)
- Create Legalized Invoices for export purposes.
- Generate EXA/EUA/COA documents.
- Sign export documents to finalize and authorize shipments.
- Process and arrange regular orders/shipments (direct shipments, exhibitions etc)
- Track export and intercompany shipments, including providing shipment status updates.
- Confirm export exits to comply with export regulations.

You have:

- Preferably some experience within Supply Chain Management, International order management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- MBO level 3-4, through education or experience;
- Experience with ERP/order management systems (e.g., M3) is strongly preferred;
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing international orders and documentation;
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferable in a second language;
- Problem Solving: Understanding of customer priorities. Proposing occasionally the most appropriate solution following set guidelines and procedures;
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade and export regulations;
- Digital Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and preferably some experience with ERP or order management systems.
