You ensure every driver is assisted quickly and efficiently, keeping logistics processes running smoothly. At DSV, we continuously develop and innovate: you’re on it

How you do this? As a drivers desk officer, you welcome both national and international drivers and are their first point of contact. You make sure all freight data is checked and accurately processed. This ensures that the flow of loading and unloading runs like clockwork and all incoming and outgoing shipments are administratively flawless. You independently communicate any discrepancies with colleagues in departments such as Customer Service or the Warehouse. You also carry out dock checks, record notes on CMRs, and are responsible for the entire dock planning. You achieve this by:

- communicating appropriately with drivers internal colleagues;
- timely signaling of deviations and disruptions in operations;
- providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
- observing and monitoring legal, company and safety regulations.

**You bring with you**
- relevant experience (at least 2 years), within logistics is a plus;
- great commitment, proactive attitude and meticulous;
- willingness to work shifted shifts;
- good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
