**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Junior** **Finance Administrator**. In this role you will assist the Finance Administrator in their daily tasks and report directly to the Financial Controller. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of financial administration and lay the groundwork for a successful future in finance. With structured mentorship and clear growth opportunities, this position is designed to help you develop your skills and progress within the organisation as your career evolves.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **_ Accounts receivable:_**
- Process customer invoices in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers and sales department
- Resolving queries and disputes on payments or customer accounts

Accounts payable:_**
- Verify and process supplier invoices in line with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Liaising with suppliers and procurement department
- Resolving queries and disputes on payments and supplier accounts
- Assist with payment schedules

General:_**
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role or Completed education in administration
- Basic understanding of financial concepts
- Experience with ERP system is preferred (experience with Netsuite is a plus)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Team player
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Available 32-40 hours per week (hybrid working)
