Nutreco is looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our branding efforts, creating high-impact marketing materials (digital and print), supporting local teams with campaign rollouts, and learning how to build and engage online communities. It’s a perfect fit for someone with strong design skills, an interest in marketing and branding, and a desire to grow in an international company. You’ll report to the Marketing Communication & Branding Manager for Nutreco Middle East & Africa Export. **Key Responsibilities**
- Create professional visual content including brochures, social media graphics, event materials, presentations, and videos.
- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn & Facebook).
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events in close collaboration with local teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective communication solutions tailored to their needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of MBO or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing with a strong design focus.
- Proven experience designing professional, on-brand visuals with a portfolio that highlights your creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro); experience with Canva is a bonus.
- Skilled in managing design projects end-to-end — from concept to delivery — in a structured and reliable way.
- Experience in marketing or communications within a project or campaign-driven environment is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a passion for learning new skills like social media management and thriving in a multicultural, international team.
