**Who is Movella**:
**Your role as a Product Marketing Manager at Movella**:
As Product Marketing Manager you will be overall responsible for our product positioning and messaging. Your ultimate goal is to drive growth in your Line of Business. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, creating compelling product content and positioning, and crafting go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, channel management and technical product support, to ensure that the product resonates with the target audience.

You will be part of the Marketing team, report to the Marketing Director and have a dotted line to the Line of Business Director.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience
- Go-to-Market Strategy (GTM): Plan and execute the GTM strategy for product launches and updates. Coordinate across teams (sales, product, channel, support) to ensure successful product rollouts
- Campaigns: Initiate, plan and execute campaigns to drive quality leads to build pipeline
- Sales Enablement: Create and provide the sales team with the necessary tools (e.g., presentations, product demos, competitive insights) to effectively sell the product
- Content Creation: Responsible for creating product-related collateral, including web copy, datasheets, case studies, press releases and whitepapers
- Customer Insights & Personas: Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and customer personas and gain insights into the buyer's journey to improve marketing effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant departments to align on product features, customer benefits, and market opportunities
- Metrics & Reporting: Analyze product reputation, customer feedback, and market reception to continuously refine messaging and strategy

Movella is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager. Someone who thrives in an environment where initiative is highly appreciated. You have:

- A ‘can-do’ and pro-active mindset, focused on concrete deliverables
- Strong communications skills to align cross-functional teams
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a high-tech B2B environment
- You understand what is needed to market a high-tech product
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related
- This is a collaborative role and requires you to be three days in the office.
