**Your activities**:
In this role you are joining our dynamic Global Sales and Operations Team as an Eventmanager, where you'll take the lead in managing and executing a variety of high-impact events and fairs on a global scale. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Sales and Operations Lead and ensure that all initiatives align with the guidelines and standards set by the KIBU.

Your key responsibilities will include the planning and of international events and adjacent projects, from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for realizing pre-defined project plans, followed by a comprehensive evaluation to ensure improvement. Additionally, you’ll lead the annual planning of key events, Holland Tours, and (medical) exhibitions, all of which directly contribute to Ausnutria’s marketing and sales objectives, both short
- and long-term.

A critical part of your role will be maximizing the cost-effectiveness of events without compromising on quality or brand image. You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered within our budget, of course on schedule, and in line with the highest standards of our company.

**Our team**:
Ausnutria is a professional, dynamic and internationally operating dairy group. Ausnutria is located at four production sites in Ommen, Kampen, Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and has its headquarters in Zwolle. Together we are part of Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd., stock listed in Hong Kong.

Ausnutria produces and markets formulas for bottle feeds, based on goat milk and organic cow milk, under the brand name Kabrita. As well as formula, our brand Kabrita also offers other goat milk-based products for growing infants such as cereal mixes and snacks. We also serve the B2B market by producing private label baby formula, as well as producing and marketing a range of dairy ingredients. Our customers can rely on expertise that has been built on more than 100 years of experience in the dairy industry and top quality supplied from our own production locations in Ommen, Kampen, Leeuwarden and Heerenveen.

**You are the fit if**:

- You have a Bachelor degree in event/projectmanagement with interest in innovation and nutrition;
- Several years of experience in project management (experience in the FMCG is preferred);
- Strong organizational skills where you are able to deal with stressfull situations and tight deadlines;
- You are fluent in English (both written and spoken) an additional language is a plus;
- Proactive and strong communication
- networking skills where you have an eye for detail.
- You feel comfortable in different business settings (this can be from commercial to technical activities).
