**YOUR TASKS**:

- Manage the daily facility operations, including reception, cleaning services, and workspace management;
- Lead a team of in total 8 Facility Coordinators and Front & Back Office Employees;
- Ensure the effective execution of asset management, including the distribution and maintenance of material handling equipment, work clothing, and other materials;
- Collaborate with Procurement on onboarding new suppliers and supplier management, including measure supplier performance and managing KPI’s;
- Monitor, report and improve facility processes, offering (financial) insights and improvements to senior management;
- Lead facility related projects such as building refurbishments, process & service improvements, and workspace optimization;
