The Risk Transaction Approval & Advice teams of ING Netherlands are responsible for managing credit risks of customers within ING Netherlands (including Private Banking, Personal banking, Mortgages, Corporate Clients, SME, and Midcorporates). These teams are indispensable within the lending process.
Role and responsibilities
There is now a vacancy for a Financial Risk Officer within the Risk TA&A Portfolio team. This team focuses on Business Banking customers of ING with a credit interest of up to 5 million euros. The Business Banking segment, and in particular the SME segment, is expected to be responsible for a large part of the growth of ING Netherlands in the coming years. How to succeed

**Additionally, we ask that you have**:
A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (or equivalent level of working and thinking).
At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management or a commercial role within a financial institution.
Affinity with data, data analysis, and automation of credit decisions.
Experience in guiding and implementing change.
Availability of 36-40 hours per week.
A strong dose of positive energy, creativity, and perseverance.
