We are currently looking for a **full-time Client Advisor** to join our team at de **Bijenkorf Amsterdam**. **The Day-To-Day** - Has strong knowledge of the collection - Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities - Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones - Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross - selling - Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities - Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards - May have opening and closing responsibilities. **Key Qualifications** - Previous experience in sales roles; - Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus; - Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts; - Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; - Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity; - Strong communication skills; - Willingness to evolve in the organisation; - Fluency and sophistication in Dutch and English, another language is a plus; - Digitally aware and open to new ways of working; - Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. **Our Shared Values** At Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
