Yazen is on a mission to help the world overcome obesity — and we’re growing fast across Europe. We're now looking for a strategic and analytical **Head of Finance** to strengthen our finance operations and help us deliver on our plan for the future

**About the role**:
As Head of Finance, you'll lead the way in multi-market accounting, IFRS transition, and treasury operations — while also driving forecasting, analysis, financial planning, and scenario modeling. You’ll work closely with our VP of Finance, People & Culture and cross-functional teams to ensure we scale with clarity, structure, and patient-first impact.

**This is a unique opportunity to**:

️ Lead cash flow and treasury operations in a dynamic health tech scale-up
️ Turn financial data into insights for executive and investor decision-making
️ Work across 6+ European markets in a remote-friendly environment

**You are**:

- A **senior accountant/controller** with 7+ years' experience in a fast-moving, multi-entity, or international context
- Confident navigating IFRS, treasury functions, and cross-border accounting operations
- Analytical and forward-thinking — comfortable building tools, dashboards, and models
- Proactive and structured, with the ability to lead projects and make decisions independently
- Comfortable in remote-first teams and excited to help scale across borders
- Fluent in English (any other European languages are on the plus side e.g. a Nordic language, German, Dutch or Spanish)

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and manage accounting operations across all European markets, ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance
- Drive our transition from local GAAP to IFRS, working closely with external and internal stakeholders
- Lead treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, planning, and group liquidity strategy
- Support the preparation for a future currency change in consolidated financials
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for the CFO, CEO, and investors
- Work cross-functionally with our data, product, and commercial teams to align finance with operational goals
- **Ensure audit readiness and coordinate with external accountants and local audit partners**:
